The Maranta Leuconeura is a beautiful variety of Prayer Plant that is hard to find in the UK. We have been waiting two years to get this plant back in stock, and it remains very hard to find in Europe despite its popularity. This plant makes the variegated monstera look common!
The leaves are a lighter shade of green, and the marking lighter green again - almost a green cream colour. This is a beautiful foliage plant that is happy in a planter or hanging and the plants we sell are large and healthy.
Maranta Leuconeura plants are hardy and easy-care indoor plants. The leaves lie flat during the day and fold upward at night, as if in prayer. Prayer plants are relatively low-maintenance.

Is this houseplant suitable if I have pets?
Like most Maranta varieties, it is mildly toxic to pets. The problems with toxicity come from ingestion but it takes a large amount for symptoms to occur.
