Dracaena fragrans ‘White Aspen’

Named best new foliage plant at the Tropical Plant Industry Exhibition in 2019, propagation challenges delayed the release of this plant until now. Our Plant Hunter was excited to find this variety because its dramatic variegation stands out from other Dracaena varieties. It’s delightfully tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions but does best in medium to bright indirect light (within 3 feet of an unobstructed east- or west-facing window is often ideal), average household temperatures, average household relative humidity levels, and watering as the top couple of inches of the potting mix dry to the touch. It can tolerate drought, but if it gets too dry, it may develop unsightly brown leaf tips or edges.

Looks good but the wall anchors is TRASH!

The product is heavy and sturdy once you get it up completely. The issue I have is with the instructions... 1. The 5/16 drill bit is recommends is WAY TO BIG. The Anchors it comes with will slip right through. The screws that is comes with are WAY TO SMALL for the weight. I recommend getting better ones from the hardware store and painting the screws black for better aesthetics. 2. The instructions say to put it together first then hang it on the wall. That is great so you can see where you want to place it and because it is actually bigger than it looks, but you will need to de-assemble it from the bottom shelf down after you mark where you want to place it, then put that part on the wall, then reassemble it from there, securing the top part to the wall last. The instructions sucked but that is what worked best for me. Another thing is when you first assembling it, you will notice that you will have to unscrew it a bit so the pipes can fast the correct way. This will make it feel flimsy, but it will tighten up when you secure it to the wall. Also, like some people said in previous reviews, some of the black paint did peel off the pipes, not to much for me but it was noticeable if you look at it hard enough.

I love the look of these. Bought for towel storage over my toilet. They look really classy and I'm so happy with them. However, its important to note that the wall anchors they provide are way too big for the screws. The screws just fall into the inside of the anchor without even being screwed in. So there's no way you could secure the wall unit with the ones provided. We had to replace the anchors with some I already had. Other than that very happy with the quality and look.

I especially appreciated the "U" brackets to secure the wood shelves to the posts - that was an unexpected extra that I was very happy to see included. Unfortunately because of space and the way my wife wanted these spaced, we didn't use the third shelf, but we're definitely going to find some place else in the house to mount that later.
