Sansevieria Laurentii, or variegated Snake Plant, is probably one of the most popular staple indoor houseplants. It has pointy, sword-shaped green leaves with creamy white speckles and yellow edges. This plant is perfect for any home and office, as it is very compact and low-maintenance.
According to Chinese Feng Shui, Snake Plant can welcome eight virtues to enter the house: prosperity, beauty, long life, intelligence, health, art, strength, and poetry.
As a Snake Plant, Laurentii is one of the most effective air-purifying plants. Sansevieria species can remove common airborne toxins and clean indoor air.
Laurentii produces creamy, greenish flowers, but it is extremely rare for this plant to bloom.

Sansevieria Laurentii prefers bright to medium light, but it also tolerates lower light conditions. However, its growth is slower in shady spots. Avoid harsh direct sun to prevent scorching leaves.
This plant has a low watering need. Drain well after each watering. Water thoroughly and let the soil dry completely before the next watering.
Snake Plants are vulnerable to root rot, so they need well-drained, porous potting soil.
This plant grows best in normal room temperatures (between 65°F-85°F). This plant is not frost-tolerant and it does not grow well when the temperature drops below 50°F. Avoid high humidity.
This plant should be fertilized once during the growing season (spring/summer) with diluted houseplant fertilizer.
This plant is mildly toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children. -

Seriously, scoring these shelf stands for $30 feels like an absolute steal! Four chunky wood boards with metal T-brackets that actually feel substantial - way sturdier than those flimsy IKEA ones I used to have. My old cheapo stands warped after half a year, but these hold up like a champ - I've got like 15 heavy textbooks stacked on them right now.
Love the little details too: rounded edges so you won't scrape your hands, and rubber grip strips on the bottom. They look legit fancy in my living room as bookshelves and even class up my kitchen herb garden. My friend thought they were some high-end designer furniture! Honestly, the craftsmanship at this price puts my old $60 wooden shelves to shame. Already told my DIY group chat about these - trust me, you can't go wrong!

There are better floating shelves

Doesn’t feel very sturdy like other floating shelves I’ve bought, and they slant a little. The anchors and screws that it came with all broke so we had to get our own for it to feel more secure on the wall, but still feels wobbly. Overall, it looks good on the wall after the fact, but won’t be adding too much weight on it.
